Offices and shops in the city usually cannot close for painting, so we work after hours and on weekends, in sections, and hand each area back ready to use the next morning. Building management normally needs inductions, insurance certificates and dock bookings before we arrive; we sort those out with them directly.
We hold NSW contractor licence 393679C and $20 million public liability, and we can send the certificate to your building manager before the job is booked.

We keep fumes down with low-VOC products, protect lifts and floors, and keep each section to a set time so residents know when to expect us. Garage and plant-room floors are a good fit for an epoxy coating.
