Who We Help
Home renovators, interior designers and property managers each need something different from a painter. Here is how we work with each of them.
different clients, different paperwork
A homeowner wants to know what it costs and how long we will be in the house. A strata manager wants insurances, a works programme and a quote a committee can approve. A designer wants us to execute the schedule without substituting anything on site.
Those are three different jobs wearing the same overalls, and the difference is almost entirely in the documentation. Each page below sets out what we supply, what we need from you, and how the work is run.
strata and property portfolios
If you manage buildings rather than live in one, the compliance pack — public liability certificate of currency, workers compensation, NSW painting licence and safe work method statements — comes attached to the quote rather than after you ask for it.
Quotes are itemised by building and elevation so they can be tabled at a meeting and compared line for line, and for portfolios we’ll hold an agreed rate schedule so routine work doesn’t need a fresh quote each time.
